Full Service Property Management

Professional Marketing

If your property isn't being marketed well, your investment will not perform well. Our team of licensed realtors will:

Take quality photos of your home,

Upload an accurate listing to the MLS and all major rental sites,

Respond promptly to all inquiries,

Personally show the home to all prospective tenants.

In-House Maintenance

When you work with us, you gain access to our in-house maintenance team. We help our owners save money by offering an affordable alternative to contractor pricing.

Labor is billed from $33-$45 depending on the skill and experience of the maintenance technician.

Rent Collection

We believe that if our owners do not receive rent, then we should not receive a management fee. Our 9% fee is only charged on rent that we collect and disburse on your behalf, so you don't have any extra expenses when the property is vacant or the tenant pauses their payments.

Quarterly Inspections

One of the primary functions of our maintenance department is to inspect each of our properties every three months. Doing so helps us to prevent deferred maintenance and ensure that the tenant is abiding by the terms of the lease.

Inspections are billed at the same hourly rate as maintenance, and typically only take 30-60 minutes.
